I realise that it is possible, even probable that he will be around, but given that his current subscription will expire on the day of the draft in question and he's already expressing his discontent with the league, there is no GUARANTEE that he'll still be active or see out his permitted unsubscribed period, as it's not like he'll have four seasons still paid for like most of the rest of us.
Anyway, all I can do is warn people, so ignore it if you choose -- but I know I wouldn't trade to get future draft picks from somebody who's subscribed for one season and was saying the things Z was saying ...
(Just to pre-empt Z, yes, I'm not subscribed yet either but I'm not asking people to buy my future draft picks from me so that's not an issue.)

as non-weighted as possible, meaning the 16th team has as good a shot as the worst team- the NBA used to have a non-weighted lottery. would help against teams "tanking", tho i don't have a huge problem with tanking- if you're paying for your team, that's your choice.
